Job summary

• 5+ years of product management experience with lifecycle ownership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain PM playbooks and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core PM disciplines.
• Partner with PMO/Scrum to support planning, capability development, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; manage lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Develop PRDs, business cases, and feature specifications.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and KPIs; balance customer needs and constraints.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver customer-centric products.
• Support release planning, go-to-market readiness, and stakeholder communications to ensure launches.
