Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community, define shared standards, and coordinate best practices across the firm. You will help PMs thrive, surface insights, and partner with design, engineering, and architecture teams to deliver customer-centric products.

The role involves owning PRDs, backlogs, and roadmaps, while enabling ongoing planning, discovery, and continuous improvement across Product Management. A passion for AI and tech is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with lifecycle experience.
• Experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and APIs.
• Foundational AI knowledge and AI-enabled product experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Define shared standards and coordinate best practices for PMs across the firm.
• Build onboarding materials for the PM community and create playbooks.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders to deliver products.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Support product managers in defining vision, strategy, and roadmaps across lifecycle stages.
