Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to strengthen a federated PM community and drive AI-enabled product initiatives across the firm. You will define standards, surface insights, and partner with design, engineering, and architecture teams to deliver high-impact products.

The role emphasizes building playbooks, onboarding the PM community, and guiding roadmaps from ideation to delivery. A strong grasp of AI trends and agile methods is essential for success in our dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of market trends in AI and technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines, including product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, backlog management, and product lifecycle management.
• Partner with PMO/Scrum to support ongoing planning, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Product Management community.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Support Product Managers in defining and evolving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and driving product lifecycle management from ideation and discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
• Develop and maintain PRDs, business cases, and feature specifications to guide product delivery.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs and business priorities.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs, leveraging feedback and data to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams to deliver customer-centric products.
• Support release planning, go-to-market readiness, and stakeholder communications for successful launches and adoption.
