Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community, defining standards and coordinating best practices to enable PMs across the firm. You will partner with design, engineering, and architecture enablement to deliver customer-centric products and drive lifecycle management from ideation to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience.
• Demonstrated experience in AI solutions or technology‑driven products.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks.
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Passion for innovation and understanding of market trends in AI and technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain PM playbooks and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core PM disciplines.
• Partner with PMO/Scrum to support planning and capability development.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
