Job summary

Paradigm, a software company transforming the residential, construction, and building product industries, seeks a Senior Product Manager - AI to lead AI-powered order-entry automation on myBLDR. You will define the roadmap, collaborate with order-entry teams, and translate business needs into reliable AI models and prompts for production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Product Manager or related role, including 2 years with AI products.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI, including prompt design and extraction.
• Experience designing evaluations for AI systems: golden datasets, quality metrics, regression testing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Deep business acumen with market analysis capabilities.
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with changing tech environments.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong collaboration across design, sales, operations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth and success of AI-powered order-entry automation on myBLDR. Define the product roadmap in line with company strategy and AI market trends.
• Advocate for users by understanding workflows and exception cases; translate feedback into trustworthy AI features.
• Lead AI capabilities from ideation to development, launch, and optimization, ensuring quality delivery.
• Define end-to-end automation: ingest orders from multiple channels, extract data, match catalog, validate pricing and availability, create orders.
• Define and run evaluations for AI systems: golden datasets, accuracy metrics, regression testing.
• Partner with design, sales, operations and other stakeholders to prioritize features and drive adoption and change management.
• Establish goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product success (match accuracy, time to order, errors, costs).
• Weigh tradeoffs and communicate clearly across teams to ship reliable AI-powered solutions.
