Tempus is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Order Processing in Chicago. You will own the product roadmap, align with engineering, design, commercial and operations, and drive planning, execution, and releases. The role emphasizes end-to-end order fulfillment, scalability, and AI-assisted workflows.

You will work with leadership to set targets, triage requests, and translate research into practical product decisions, building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, commercial and operations.
• Ability to translate research into actionable product decisions.
• Experience leading multiple programs with stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product roadmap for the Order Processing team.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial and operations to design and build solutions.
• Partner with leadership for quarterly planning and target setting.
• Understand order processing domain and end-to-end fulfillment.
• Lead releases with focus on stability, scalability and performance.
