• BS or MS in a scientific, engineering, or computational field with 8+ years PM software delivery experience.
• Experience in life sciences regulated sectors required.
• Proven track record of delivering shipped products with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Fluent use of AI tools to automate and scale work.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to brief scientists and executives.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for AI, informatics, and data tools.
• Gather requirements from across research, development, clinical, and business.
• Own execution plans, timelines, and delivery for AI-driven tools.
• Work with engineers and data scientists to scope plans and tradeoffs.
• Favor prototypes; release working software early and iterate.
• Set success metrics and ensure cross-functional accountability.
