Job summary

Brandt Information Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI & Automation to shape how we use intelligent tools across departments. You will partner with BizX and department leaders to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and translate those insights into concrete product requirements for engineering teams.

You will prototype and test AI-enabled solutions, ensuring usefulness, security, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience working with non-technical teams to learn how their work gets done and identify problems.
• Ability to interview department heads and translate insights into specific problem statements.
• Have redesigned workflows, not just automated existing ones.
• Experience building AI-enabled tools or agents used by others.
• Ability to test AI outputs with validation and human review.

Responsibilities

• Map workflows across departments to identify bottlenecks and value opportunities.
• Prioritize opportunities with the BizX Team Lead and publish a clear action plan.
• Draft engineer-ready requirements and collaborate through the build process.
• Prototype early versions and test with real users to validate value and feasibility.
• Define ownership and maintenance plans for each tool after deployment.
