Red Ventures is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager in a hybrid role based in South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY. You will drive AI/ML powered digital products, shaping customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You will lead product strategy, set KPIs, and work with ML teams to deliver measurable business value. The role requires hands-on data programming and a strong product mindset to translate client needs into actionable AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data programming with SQL and Python, plus experience with LLMs.
• Ability to uncover signals in financial data and articulate client value.
• Product-minded: prioritize features by client impact and business value.
• Interest in high-compliance banking environment and customer lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build proofs-of-concept and prototypes for AI investments.

Responsibilities
