Baird Careers is seeking a senior AI Technology Product Manager to own portions of the GIB AI product roadmap and to manage day-to-day platform operations from Milwaukee or Chicago. This role requires hybrid work with Tue–Thu in office and Mon/Fri remote, travel under 10% as needed, and collaboration with bankers, technology teams, and risk/compliance partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, CS, data science, or IS.
• 5+ years professional experience including 3+ years in product management or platform administration.
• Experience with AI, analytics, enterprise tech, or data-enabled products.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk, and compliance considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Own defined portions of the GIB AI product roadmap and backlog.
• Manage day-to-day administration of the core AI platform and release readiness.
• Evaluate new features, connectors, and AI use cases with risk and compliance reviews.
• Lead vendor relationships, monitor usage and costs, and advise on renewals.
• Design evaluations and UAT against a human-built answer key.
• Coordinate adoption activities and training across teams.
• Present progress to the GIB Tech & AI Solutions Committee.
