Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an IT Product Manager for AI Solutions G&A to lead the Enterprise AI Platform roadmap and delivery. You will work with Finance, Legal, and Operations to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and ensure governance and ethical considerations are embedded.

You will partner with senior leaders to prioritize features, define success metrics, and develop scalable data pipelines and ML tooling for an AI-centric business approach across G&A functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
• 3+ years of direct product management experience, with AI/ML or automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of managing lifecycle stages, gathering user feedback, writing requirements and prioritizing features.
• Solid AI/ML technical background with exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, and MLOps.
• Experience in a fast-paced, technical environment with cross-functional collaboration and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Enterprise AI Platform with G&A teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver value and align with business goals.
• Track success metrics and dashboards to drive AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with responsible AI policies and ethical considerations.
• Translate user needs into requirements for data pipelines, model training, and tooling.
• Create clear documentation and present progress to stakeholders.
