Job summary

Zaddy Solutions seeks a Senior Product Manager for its Enterprise AI Platform in Midtown Manhattan. This hands-on IC role owns the roadmap, partners with engineering and design, and translates customer needs into a clear product plan.

The role is hybrid (two to three days in the office). You will work with AI leadership, customers, and GTM teams to ship improvements that increase adoption, reliability, and value. Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product-management experience.
• Ownership of an externally sold B2B SaaS product.
• Experience taking products from discovery through launch.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design in fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/LLM-powered products and agents.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
• Translate customer problems into clear requirements and criteria.
• Partner with engineering and design from discovery to launch.
• Interview customers and stakeholders to understand workflows.
• Use data and market signals to guide product decisions.
• Define success metrics for adoption, reliability, and value.
• Support launches with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Connect product strategy to data governance initiatives.
