Job summary

Baird is seeking an AI Technology Product Manager to own portions of the GIB AI roadmap and manage day-to-day platform operations. You will partner with business leaders, technology, risk, and legal teams to translate opportunities into prioritized requirements and adoption plans.

You will lead evaluation, testing, and release sequencing while managing vendor relationships and adoption metrics. Remote and in-office days reflect a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in product management, platform administration, technology enablement, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own defined portions of the GIB AI product roadmap and backlog, translating priorities into features and adoption activities.
• Independently manage day-to-day administration of the core AI platform, including evaluation, configuration, access, issue coordination, and release readiness.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, monitor service and costs, and provide renewals and product-improvement analyses.
• Lead group training, communications, and adoption activities to help teams apply AI capabilities effectively.
• Monitor adoption, user experience, platform performance, and value indicators; identify issues and opportunities for action.
