Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking an AI Product Manager to drive planning, prioritization, and delivery of AI and data-enabled products within Commercial Banking, partnering with engineering, data science, risk, compliance, and the Enterprise Data & AI Strategy team. You will own end-to-end roadmaps and translate high-value opportunities into executable plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data/Analytics or related field.
7+ years of Product Management or Digital project delivery experience in Consumer or Business Banking.
Previous experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end accountability for AI initiatives' product plan and investment case.
Build and defend the business case to secure funding through AI governance.
Serve as the single point of accountability for status, trade-offs, and outcomes.
Define colleague/client value and validate needs with relationship managers and clients.
Translate validated needs into product requirements for cross-functional delivery teams.
Maintain an integrated portfolio view and align priorities across functions.
Define success metrics and report progress throughout the lifecycle.
Drive adoption within workflows (Salesforce, Copilot, core banking systems).
