Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks an AI Product Manager to drive planning, prioritization, and delivery of AI-enabled banking products end-to-end. You will translate high-value opportunities into a clear, resourced roadmap and partner with engineering, data science, risk, compliance, and ED&A Strategy to deliver measurable value.

You will own the business case, engage stakeholders, and ensure adoption, governance, and funding alignment for AI initiatives across commercial banking platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, CS, Data/Analytics or related field.
• 7+ years of Product Management or Digital project delivery in banking.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for AI initiatives including business case and investment.
• Lead user-value driven product definition with relationship managers and clients.
• Maintain integrated portfolio view and align priorities across teams.
• Define success metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Navigate AI governance lifecycle to ensure compliance and funding.
