Job summary
West Monroe is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join our Technology & Experience Practice in the Software discipline. You will lead product workstreams from problem definition to deployment, applying AI across the SDLC to improve speed and quality, while partnering with engineers and client stakeholders.
You will drive AI-powered capabilities, define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure adoption and measurable business impact in client environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, technology consulting, software delivery, or related roles.
- Experience delivering software products in client environments and working closely with engineering teams from concept through production.
- Experience incorporating AI/LLMs into products and familiarity with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or similar technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead product workstreams from problem definition through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, backlogs, and priorities that incorporate AI and automation.
- Partner with software engineers and architects to translate business needs into software delivering measurable value.
