Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join our Technology & Experience Practice within the Software discipline. This hands‑on role will guide AI-enabled software projects from problem framing to deployment, collaborating with engineers and client stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

You will drive product strategies, backlogs, and roadmaps that integrate AI across the SDLC, leading agile delivery and ensuring adoption and value realization for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience delivering software products in client environments.
• Experience incorporating AI/LLMs into products and familiarity with platforms like OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI.
• Strong Agile delivery, backlog management, and requirement translation.

Responsibilities

• Lead product workstreams from problem definition through deployment and adoption.
• Define product strategies, roadmaps, backlogs, and priorities with AI emphasis.
• Partner with engineers to shape solutions and translate business needs into software value.
• Lead Agile delivery from concept to production with risk and stakeholder management.
