Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead product workstreams and deliver AI-enabled software within the Technology & Experience Practice. You will partner with engineers and clients to define strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs while driving adoption of AI-powered features across the SDLC.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management or related consulting roles, experience with Agile delivery, and familiarity with AI platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, technology consulting, software delivery, or related roles.
Experience delivering software products in client environments and working closely with engineering teams from concept through production.
Strong experience with Agile product delivery, backlog management, prioritization, and translating business needs into actionable requirements.
Experience incorporating AI/LLMs into products and familiarity with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or similar technologies.
Ability to travel 25 to 50% and work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead product workstreams from problem definition and discovery through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Define product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, backlogs, and priorities that incorporate AI and automation.
Partner with engineers and architects to shape solutions, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate business needs into software with measurable value.
Lead Agile product delivery from concept to production, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Shape and deliver AI-powered capabilities such as copilots, intelligent workflows, automation solutions, and operational intelligence products.
Apply AI-assisted development approaches across discovery, requirements, prototyping, development, testing, documentation, and release planning.
Drive client workshops, pilots, adoption, and feedback loops to ensure solutions are used and delivering outcomes.
Establish and monitor success measures like adoption, cycle time, product performance, and business impact.
Ensure deliverables meet client expectations through QA and proactive risk mitigation.
Contribute product, software, and AI expertise to client research, proposals, pursuits, and Software discipline assets.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and support data-driven recommendations with sound judgment.
