Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join the Software discipline and Product Management team within our TechEx Practice. You will contribute to powerful AI-enabled software products while supporting discovery, analysis, and advisory work.

The internship blends product development with advisory activities, offering exposure to data-driven decision making, stakeholder workshops, and AI-enabled insights to drive client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• GPA minimum 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside within 50 miles of the assigned office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Agile/UX product development practices: user stories, backlog refinement, product requirements.
• Support discovery through research, user interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Contribute to QA by providing input on acceptance criteria and process improvements.
• Craft narratives using storytelling and surface AI/Generative AI opportunities for speed and quality.
• Help design digital offerings like portals, intranet sites, mobile apps, and AI agents.
