Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager for its Applied AI Value Creation team in Los Angeles. The role combines industry expertise with AI-enabled transformation to help Private Equity portfolio companies accelerate value creation across strategy, operations, technology, and data.

You will lead complex engagements, align with executives, and grow the practice through client relationships and scalable methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of consulting or AI-enabled transformation experience.
• Proven success leading complex engagements with executive accountability.
• Experience building value creation roadmaps and operating models.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, ML, automation, and data platforms.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and drive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled transformations from strategy through implementation for PE portfolio companies.
• Build executive relationships and identify opportunities to expand engagements.
• Partner with client leaders to uncover AI-driven value and create roadmaps.
• Run discovery workshops, define problems, outcomes, and priorities.
• Mentor consultants, manage staffing, and ensure delivery quality.
• Lead business development and contribute to reusable methodologies.
