Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an AI Use Case Product Leader to own the roadmap for AI-enabled customer experiences. You translate clinical and operational problems into concrete jobs-to-be-done, define measurable outcomes, and drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, analytics, and domain experts.

You will shape governance, guardrails, and reusable enterprise capabilities while balancing safety, privacy, and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of product management experience.
• Experience owning digital products and technology-enabled services with measurable impact.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional roadmaps with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, ML systems, personalization, or automation.
• Strong ability to translate needs into structured requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience defining and measuring product success with KPIs and outcomes.
• Healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, backlog for one or more AI use-case areas.
• Translate problems into jobs-to-be-done, requirements, priorities, and outcomes.
• Define success metrics and measurement across adoption, value, and operations.
• Identify opportunities for differentiated AI-enabled customer experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, data, clinical, and operations teams.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, adoption, and launch readiness.
