Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a senior AI Product Manager to own the AI use-case roadmap, translating customer jobs-to-be-done into AI-powered experiences that improve outcomes and efficiency.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Digital, Clinical, Analytics, Data, and Operations to deliver and continuously improve AI-enabled capabilities in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of product management experience.
• Experience owning AI-enabled products and cross-functional roadmaps.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into structured requirements.
• Healthcare, life sciences, or regulated-environment experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for AI use-case areas.
• Translate customer problems into clear jobs-to-be-done and requirements.
• Define success metrics and adoption targets.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, analytics, clinical, and operations teams.
• Ensure AI capabilities are safe, scalable, and compliant.
