Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks an experienced AI Product Manager to own the AI use-case roadmap, translating clinical and operational problems into AI-powered experiences that improve customer outcomes and efficiency for Madison-based initiatives.

You will collaborate with Digital, Journey, Clinical, Analytics, Data, Ontology, Architecture, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver safe, scalable AI capabilities and measurable business impact within a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define product strategies translating customer problems into outcomes.
• Experience owning digital/AI-enabled product areas and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for one or more priority AI use-case areas.
• Translate customer, operational, and clinical problems into clear jobs-to-be-done with measurable outcomes.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to measure impact and adoption.
