Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced Product Leader to own AI use-case strategy, roadmap, and backlog across priority AI initiatives. You will translate clinical and operational problems into measurable jobs-to-be-done and define success metrics that drive adoption and real-world outcomes.

You will collaborate with Digital, Journey, Analytics, Data, and Operations teams to deliver safe, scalable AI capabilities that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency while

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of product management experience.
• Ownership of digital products with measurable impact.
• Experience with AI-enabled products or ML systems.
• Ability to translate needs into structured requirements and KPIs.
• Healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional roadmaps and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilités

• Define product strategy and roadmap for AI use-case areas.
• Translate customer/operational problems into product requirements and success criteria.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to validate needs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and clinical teams to deliver capabilities.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption, outcomes, and value.
• Coordinate launch planning, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
