Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced AI Use Case Product Manager to own the roadmap and translate complex customer jobs into scalable AI-powered experiences. You will partner with Digital, Clinical, Analytics, Data, Architecture, and Operations teams to deliver capabilities that improve outcomes, efficiency, and enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–12 years of product management experience (healthcare/regulated industry preferred).
• Experience owning digital products, platforms, or technology-enabled services with measurable impact.
• Experience translating customer and business needs into structured product requirements, roadmaps, stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for one or more AI use-case areas.
• Translate customer problems into clear jobs-to-be-done, requirements, priorities, and outcomes.
• Define success metrics and KPIs measuring business impact, adoption, and operational improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, clinical, operational, and data teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and adoption across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Journey, Clinical, Analytics, Data, Security and Compliance teams.
• Ensure AI capabilities are safe, scalable, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
