Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for key AI use-cases. You will translate customer jobs-to-be-done into AI-powered experiences that improve outcomes, streamline operations, and deliver measurable value.

Collaborating with Digital, Clinical, Analytics, Data, and Engineering teams, you will define success metrics, set governance, and drive adoption across multiple customer journeys while ensuring safe,

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of product management experience.
• Ownership of digital products, platforms with measurable impact.
• Experience managing cross-functional roadmaps with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and ML systems.
• Translate needs into structured product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own AI use-case roadmaps and define measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for AI capabilities.
• Ensure safe, scalable, and trustworthy AI implementations.
• Drive platform reuse and enterprise alignment.
• Support launch planning and adoption.
