Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an AI Use Case Product Manager to own the roadmap for one or more AI-enabled customer journeys. You will translate clinical and operational problems into jobs-to-be-done, define success metrics, and drive measurable outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of product management experience across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and machine learning systems.
• Ability to translate customer needs into structured requirements and roadmaps.
• Healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for AI use-case areas.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for business impact and adoption.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to validate problems and opportunities.
