Job summary

Motion is hiring a Senior AI Product Manager (Context Engineering) to own the agent experience end-to-end. You will ship improvements weekly and work with a small, fast-moving team on an AI-driven analytics platform for creative strategists.

The role is fully remote in North America, with production impact across thousands of users and brands. You will lead prompts, evals, and PROMPT tooling, shaping the agent roadmap with the PDE team while delivering world-class AI experiences for advertisers

Qualifications

• Product management background with a track record of shipping features and improving user experiences.
• High agency and bias to action in ambiguous environments.
• AI-native experience with LLMs and related tools (Claude, GPT, Cursor).
• Comfortable vibe-coding with Cursor; able to read TypeScript/Python and ship prompts.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent experience end-to-end and ship improvements weekly.
• Engineer prompts and build evals; design evaluation frameworks to measure performance.
• Prototype and ship rapidly using Cursor to explore interactions and UX patterns.
• Shape the roadmap with PDE team for tooling improvements and frontend decisions.
