Deepgram is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the agentic experiences for AI agents that interact with voice APIs, owning end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to production. You will shape the platform experience for developers, focusing on how agents discover, integrate, and use the platform, including signup, authentication, and programmatic key provisioning.

The role requires engineering background, product leadership, and a strong PLG mindset for developer tools; this is a remote-first,

Qualifications

• You are a former senior software engineer who still writes and reads production code
• You have shipped public AI software including agents, MCP servers, or evaluation harnesses
• You can design self-optimizing systems from scratch without a pre-existing playbook
• You have deep experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) for developer tools

Responsibilities

• Agentic experience across discovery, integration, and production
• Signup, authentication, and programmatic key provisioning systems
• Verification tooling for agent integrations
• Requirements for SDKs, CLI tools, and agent-readable documentation
