Job summary

Motion is building the AI-driven analytics platform for creative teams, and we’re hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to own the agent experience end-to-end. You’ll ship improvements weekly, run experiments, and impact thousands of users across major platforms.

You’ll work in a small, ambitious team, shape the agent roadmap, and collaborate with product, design and engineering to advance context engineering, prompts, and evals. Remote, North America-based.

Qualifications

• Product management background with a track record of shipping features
• High agency and bias to action in ambiguity
• AI-native: actively uses LLMs and understands capabilities
• Comfortable vibe-coding with Cursor and light code changes
• Tinkerer mindset and systems thinker
• Strong communicator capable of explaining complex concepts
• Curious and rigorous in studying user behavior
• Shipped something users loved

Responsibilities

• Own the agent experience end-to-end and ship improvements
• Engineer prompts and build evals with frameworks
• Prototype and ship rapidly using Cursor
• Shape the roadmap with PDE team on tooling and frontend
