Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced AI Product Leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for key AI use-case areas. You will translate clinical and operational problems into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes, partnering with engineering, analytics, and clinical teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualificações

• 8–12 years of product management experience.
• Ownership of digital products, platforms, or technology-enabled services with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional roadmaps across product, engineering, design, analytics, data.
• Experience working with AI-enabled products, ML systems, personalization platforms, or decision-support technologies.
• Strong ability to translate customer and business needs into structured product requirements, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience defining and measuring product success using KPIs, customer outcomes, usage analytics, and qualitative insights.
• Healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated environments preferred but not required.

• Lead cross-functional delivery and adoption across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Journey, Analytics, Data, Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Operations.
