Job summary

GSK is seeking a senior Enterprise AI leader to translate AI promise into measurable impact across R&D, Medical, Commercial, and Supply Chain. You will own the forward-deployed strategy, identify high-impact opportunities, and prototype solutions while guiding engineers to deliver scalable value for field force effectiveness globally.

You will not manage engineers but will shape what they build, decide prioritization, and frame success metrics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience across pharma/life sciences, AI/ML product strategy, and related roles in tech-oriented organizations.
• Experience taking at least one technology or AI initiative from problem framing through funding and delivery.
• Prior responsibility with pharma field force operations (rep coaching, omnichannel or analytics).
• Track record with modern AI/ML concepts—LLMs, agentic systems, and digital workers—via hands-on prototyping.
• Experience as an individual contributor without direct reports, influencing teams through frameworks and criteria.
• Experience in product management/strategy including roadmaps, prototyping, and stakeholder alignment.
• Regular use of field deployment processes (customer/HCP segmentation, territory alignment, call plan execution).
• Experience with field analytics and SFE KPI automation.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce) to execute and track field plans.
• Experience partnering with sales leadership and brand teams to translate field data into targeting decisions.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for high-value AI opportunities across the field force lifecycle and develop a global portfolio of AI products ranked by impact and feasibility.
• Quantify value with business cases, focusing on time-to-value, revenue uplift, and cost avoidance.
• Define problem statements and success metrics that engineers can implement.
• Shape engagements end-to-end and manage executive alignment for scalable deployments.
• Communicate impact to ELT/board in patient- and science-driven language.
• Build sponsor coalitions to secure data access and change-management support.
