Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director, AI-enabled Product Lead to guide an Area Product Group within the Global Banking Platform.

You will own end-to-end delivery of core banking capabilities, shape strategy, and partner with product owners and engineering to design, build, and launch platform features. You will apply AI-enabled product practices to improve discovery, prioritization, and delivery predictability, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions that meet governance

Qualifications

Experience leading complex platform or product groups in regulated environments.
Roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization and Agile delivery across multiple teams.
Functional and technical SME translating business needs into platform requirements.
Experience with microservices, APIs and reusable components.
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with AI-enabled product practices and governance.

Responsibilities

Own delivery and outcomes for the Area Product Group for core banking capabilities.
Define requirements with product owners and engineering from design to implementation.
Maintain focus on customer needs, quality, and scalable solutions.
Serve as functional and technical SME on platform capabilities.
Collaborate across Global Banking Platform Groups to deliver new features.
Create and manage the Area Product Group roadmap and prioritise backlog.
Advise partners on trade-offs, options, dependencies and risks.
Represent stakeholders and unblock delivery for scrum teams.
Inspect sprint outcomes and communicate progress, risks, and forecasts.
