Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, engineering, BIS, or related field.
• 7+ years in software development, business systems, or process automation.
• Experience documenting and implementing automated business processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI and generative AI in business applications.
• Experience with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services, and integrations.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving, translating workflows into solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and other functions to map processes and define requirements.
• Deliver end-to-end automation projects from discovery through deployment and support.
• Identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks and design solutions to improve efficiency.
• Establish and secure AI/LLM capabilities, including private on-premises solutions.
• Design AI-enabled solutions—agents, knowledge systems, workflows, and integrations.
• Evaluate new AI and automation technologies and support ongoing enhancements.
