Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in software development, business systems, or automation with process improvement.
• Experience documenting and implementing automated business processes and system integrations.
• Practical experience applying AI and generative AI to business solutions.
• Experience with enterprise systems, APIs, workflow automation, cloud services, or integrations.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving with stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal clients across functions to map processes and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end automation projects: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks; design solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Establish and govern private/on-prem AI and LLM capabilities to protect data and IP.
• Design AI-enabled agents, knowledge systems, and integrations leveraging internal data.
• Evaluate AI, automation, and integration tech; recommend tools and architecture; support ongoing improvements.
