Sensata Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and run production AI solutions across commercial and core functions. You will lead end-to-end AI initiatives, integrating generative AI, agents, and RAG into secure, scalable workflows across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering with AI/ML experience, strong Python/SQL/API skills, and experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ERP, PLM, and MES.

• Design, develop, and deploy production models, services, and pipelines.
• Partner with data science, product, data engineering and platform teams.
• Build and optimize model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
• Improve model performance, latency, cost efficiency, reliability, and explainability in production.
• Develop reusable infrastructure, tooling, libraries, and patterns for faster delivery.
• Monitor deployed models for drift and operational issues; implement fixes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate trade-offs, risks, and timelines.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards and architecture decisions.
• Stay current with advances in AI and related practices.
