Job summary

Referment is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead sprint planning and delivery for its generative AI technology services team. You will oversee a portfolio of AI products across multiple sites, mapping dependencies, setting timelines, and driving accountability.

The role requires 5–12 years of program or project management experience, with a track record of execution, strong written communication, and the ability to promote effective PM practices with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning and manage delivery throughput across a portfolio of generative AI products and workstreams.
• Map and oversee cross-functional dependencies, set timelines, and drive accountability across the team.
• Support prioritization and resource allocation in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate with India-based team and align cross-site operations with a program manager counterpart.
• Handle tactical requests and recurring stakeholder reporting for technical and non-technical audiences.
