HP is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Execution Intelligence Foundation initiatives across AI platforms, orchestration, and memory-management capabilities. You will partner with architects, AI engineers, and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure AI workloads across client, edge, and cloud environments.

The role demands a deep technical background, executive communication, and proven ability to manage large, multi-team programs in a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in technical program management or related fields.
• Experience managing large-scale software platform programs.
• Strong experience partnering with software architects and engineering leaders.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership.
• Experience in AI platforms and heterogeneous computing.

Responsibilities

• Translate Execution Intelligence Foundation strategy into integrated roadmaps, milestones, program plans and measurable outcomes.
• Drive execution of core AI platform capabilities across orchestration, runtime, and memory-management.
• Coordinate architecture reviews, dependency-management forums, and planning activities.
• Identify and manage technical, organizational, partner, schedule, and integration risks.
• Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and decision frameworks for leadership.
