Deepgram is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Engineering) to manage complex, cross-functional programs that combine software and hardware. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration among engineering, research, and product teams.

This role demands a passion for building reliable, scalable AI infrastructure and an ability to navigate ambiguity. We’re looking for someone with over 5 years of experience in program management, comfortable diving into technical topics and optimizing cloud systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong technical acumen—bonus if you’ve been an engineer or worked closely with applied-ML teams.
• Experience coordinating programs that touch both hardware and software domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of technical programs, spanning hardware, software, and research efforts.
• Define workstreams, set milestones, and coordinate execution across multiple teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and interdependencies.
