Job summary

Gladly is seeking a senior product marketing professional to own the positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and sales enablement for Agent Harness and AI Core. This hands-on IC role involves working with technical buyers and shaping cross-functional GTM execution.

The role requires deep AI fluency, experience in AI/ML product marketing, and the ability to translate model updates into compelling stories for CX leaders and their technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience doing product marketing for AI/ML products, ideally LLM-based products.
• Technical fluency with modern AI systems and how evaluation/steering matter to buyers.
• Daily hands-on use of AI tooling in your work.
• Demonstrated senior-IC judgment: can handle two product areas simultaneously with minimal oversight.
• Strong writing and narrative skills with diverse samples.

Responsibilities

• Positioning and messaging for Agent Harness and AI Core, grounded in product realities.
• Own launch strategy and execution across launches of all sizes, including asset creation and cross-functional coordination.
• Sales enablement: talks, demo narratives, competitive positioning, and objections at technical reviews.
• Market and competitive intelligence on the AI agent platform landscape.
