We’re seeking a Director of Product Management to own the end-to-end lifecycle for core offerings including serverless endpoints, GPU Pods, AI foundational services, developer APIs, and an exceptional DX. Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with 3+ years leading PMs and designers in a hyper-growth environment.
• Cloud or AI/ML SaaS/PaaS/IaaS experience with understanding of GPUs, container orchestration and AI workflows.
• Ability to engage with engineering leadership on backend architectures, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Proven delivery of complex, ambiguous problems into shipped products with measurable impact.
• Experience building culture and momentum across distributed teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to tell a compelling product story to executives and developers.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Vision & Strategy: define long-term vision and short-term roadmap for Runpod’s product suite.
• Deep Customer Obsession: spend time with ML engineers, startups, and enterprise customers to uncover friction and gather requirements.
• Scale the Product Org: hire, mentor, and grow PMs, UI/UX designers, and writers with high standards.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: partner with Infrastructure and Engineering to ensure feasible, reliable roadmaps.
• Pricing, Packaging, GTM: define pricing models and guide product marketing on positioning.
• Data-Driven Prioritization: use analytics and feedback to ruthlessly prioritize the backlog.
• Platform & Developer Experience: ensure console, CLI, APIs, and SDKs are intuitive and well-documented.
