State Street seeks an AI Platform and Ops Lead to design, deploy, operate, and continuously improve secure AI platforms across Azure, AWS, and private clouds. You will drive automation, IAM, governance, and platform resiliency for enterprise AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT/cloud engineering experience
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or private clouds
• Familiarity with Terraform, CI/CD, and IaC
• Knowledge of IAM, security, and governance for AI platforms
• Strong collaboration across business, security, data, and risk teams

Responsibilities

• Lead design and day-to-day operations of enterprise AI platform environments across cloud providers and private cloud
• Configure and operationalize cloud services including VNETs, Kubernetes, VMs, secrets, storage, databases, and AI/ML studios
• Develop automation scripts, pipelines, and runbooks for scalable production releases
• Apply security, resiliency, observability, and compliance requirements to AI platforms
• Drive IAM, monitoring, incident response, and platform readiness for enterprise workloads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate platform needs into reliable AI operations
• Support resiliency testing, DR planning, remediation, and platform governance
• Contribute to standards, governance, and onboarding processes for AI platforms
