Job summary
Fractal is seeking a Principal Engineering Leader for Healthcare Data & AI in New York City. You will own the technical direction across pre-sales, solution design, and high-stakes implementations, engaging CIO/CTO-level executives to drive enterprise-scale AI platforms.
You will lead a team of senior architects and engineering leaders, shaping strategy, governance, and MLOps practices to deliver scalable AI outcomes across major healthcare and life sciences programs.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience shaping and delivering AI platforms.
- Experience leading technical pre-sales, RFP responses, and solutioning.
- Knowledge of Databricks and at least one of Azure or AWS.
- Experience managing a multi-client portfolio around $20M.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales and technical pursuits across the HLS portfolio with solution design and cost positioning.
- Be the technical voice with client executives, shaping AI platform strategy.
- Architect AI platforms built on Databricks, Azure, and AWS in enterprise contexts.
- Direct client engagements while the team handles delivery.
- Grow the portfolio and oversee a leadership team of architects.
