Fractal is seeking a Principal AI & Data Solutions Architect to drive growth across our CPG/Retail portfolio in the U.S. This role blends thought leadership, solutioning, and hands-on technical execution, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and partnering with account teams to shape opportunities and define engineering roadmaps.

You will work with 2–3 strategic clients while supporting broader accounts, guide architects and delivery teams, stay current with AI and data platforms, and

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in data engineering and platform architecture.
• Expertise in AI/ML environments and enterprise solutioning.
• Experience with global clients in a consulting or services setting.
• Exposure to CPG/Retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders across AI, data, and engineering.
• Drive account growth through thought leadership and solution shaping.
• Define end-to-end data and AI architecture and engineering roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on leadership during architecture reviews and delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and functions.
