Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior technology leader to drive a cutting-edge agentic AI platform that transforms credit risk model development. You will partner with quantitative analysts and stakeholders to shape use cases, then lead a team of developers to design, build, and deploy the platform that enables secure integrations, governance, and scalable risk analytics.

You will guide architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and oversee agile delivery while collaborating across Model Risk Management

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience in AI agentic solutions and workflow orchestration.
• Proven software team leadership with architectural guidance.
• Expertise in Python and LangChain for backend and AI workflows.
• Practical experience building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with quantitative model developers and business leaders to translate needs into a technical vision and product roadmap.
• Lead architectural design of a scalable, secure agentic AI platform with orchestration, knowledge retrieval, and tool integration.
• Engage in hands-on development to build foundations, PoCs, and tackle complex challenges.
• Establish CI/CD, testing, logging, and monitoring for production-grade enterprise app.
• Mentor and lead a team of software engineers, guiding best practices and agile processes.
