Citi is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Architecture and AI in the Fraud Domain to lead the enterprise data strategy, governance, and architecture for Citi's Enterprise Analytics Platform. You will manage a team and shape information models, data flows, and standards to enable scalable fraud analytics and AI use cases.

This high-impact leadership role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders, guiding cross-functional initiatives, and balancing risk and innovation across global teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services with expertise in data architecture and enterprise information management.
• Deep knowledge of the fraud domain with AI/ML in fraud detection and prevention.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale data architecture solutions including data models, data flows, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of Citi's enterprise information architecture framework across functions.
• Own development of information architecture principles and standards for the Enterprise Analytics Platform.
• Define and maintain artefacts like business models, data models, data flows, and data standards.
• Architect high-level business data solutions to accelerate application design and data quality.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate data needs into detailed requirements.
• Manage and develop a team of data architecture analysts and oversee performance and growth.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance in architectural recommendations.
