Job summary

Qualifications
- 6+ years of software or platform engineering experience.
- Experience administering enterprise AI tools in production environments.
- Strong software engineering skills (Python, Go/TS) and production tooling.
Responsibilities
- Build the AI evaluation platform and automation for governance at scale.
- Instrument usage and cost telemetry across the AI stack.
- Automate AI governance and policy workflows; collaborate with IT and Security.
- Develop reusable components and golden-path templates for the team.
- Operate and configure Crunchyroll’s enterprise AI tools (ChatGPT, Glean, Claude, Gemini).
- Track feature releases and drive adoption and rollout across the company.
- Own features end-to-end from design to production on a small team.
