Job summary

Crunchyroll seeks a Senior Enterprise Security Engineer to design, implement, and mature our enterprise security program across endpoints, SaaS, cloud, AI tooling, identity, and infrastructure. This hands-on role partners with Security, IT, Engineering, Compliance, and business teams to build secure-by-design solutions and drive automation.

You will lead detections, automation, and incident readiness, improve monitoring and logging, and help maintain robust controls for AI tools and data

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Information Security or IT.
• Hands-on experience integrating data sources into SIEM (Splunk/Chronicle).
• Experience with EDR tooling (CrowdStrike, MD Endp).
• Experience in detection engineering and threat hunting.
• Proven incident investigation and remediation leadership.
• Experience with Okta identity platform.
• Strong networking and IAM knowledge.
• Experience with AI security or AI-enabled workflows.
• Scripting or automation with Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve enterprise security operations across endpoints, SaaS, cloud and networks.
• Develop and tune detections, alerts, and automated response workflows in SIEM/SOAR/EDR.
• Build and maintain automation for security workflows and response processes.
• Partner with Engineering and IT to improve monitoring, logging, and response readiness.
• Drive SaaS security lifecycle with tool reviews and continuous monitoring.
• Improve security posture with hardening standards and configuration reviews.
• Define controls for AI tools, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop governance around data exposure, prompt injection, and access control.
• Collaborate with business teams to enable secure AI adoption.
• Support security controls across corporate networks and remote access solutions.
• Partner with GRC to support vendor security reviews.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to strengthen security architecture.
• Contribute to security standards, documentation, and playbooks.
