Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to architect and build an enterprise-grade AI tooling foundation. You will own the AI platform, ensuring safe, scalable adoption and governance across the company, including Portkey, Claude, Gemini, Devin, and Glean.

You will lead PDLC-driven development, optimize AWS infrastructure for AI workloads, and collaborate across Security, IT, Legal, and product teams to maintain guardrails and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise AI tools and developer tooling.
• Experience configuring, deploying, or building agentic architectures and tool-calling.
• Knowledge of SSO, RBAC, and governance in an enterprise environment.
• Strong backend development skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• PDLC rigor and production-support processes.

Responsibilities

• Design core software platform, APIs, and SDKs for agentic use cases.
• Manage operational lifecycles for Portkey, Claude, Gemini, Devin, and Glean.
• Standardize AI protocols and connectors (MCP, ARD, A2A).
• Engineer the LLM gateway and access layer with guardrails and cost controls.
• Implement Policy-as-Code for identity and access controls.
• Lead platform maintenance, runbooks, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, Legal, and business teams.
