Job summary

Crunchyroll, LLC is seeking a Senior Enterprise Security Engineer to design, implement, and mature our enterprise security program across endpoints, SaaS, cloud, AI tooling, identity, and corporate infrastructure.

This hands-on engineering role works closely with Security, IT, Engineering, Compliance, and business stakeholders to build secure-by-design solutions, drive automation, and reduce organizational risk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Information Security or IT.
• Hands-on with data sources in SIEM (Splunk or Chronicle).
• Experience with EDR tooling (CrowdStrike, Defender).
• Threat hunting and detection engineering experience.
• Leading investigations and remediations independently.
• Experience with Okta and IAM concepts.
• Strong fundamentals in networking and cloud security.
• Experience with AI security and safe AI practices.
• Scripting or automation in Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature enterprise security operations across endpoints, SaaS, cloud and networks.
• Develop detections, alerts, and automated response in SIEM/SOAR/EDR.
• Automate operational security workflows and responses.
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT to improve monitoring and incident readiness.
• Drive SaaS security lifecycles with tool reviews and controls.
• Define hardening standards and configuration reviews.
• Govern AI tools and data usage with governance practices.
• Partner with business teams to enable secure AI adoption.
• Support vendor security reviews with GRC.
• Contribute to security standards, playbooks, and documentation.
